Cycling End to End - my JOGLE trip

Just back from cycling JOGLE (John O'Groats to Lands End).  Even for a personal trainer that required some effort!

Somehow managed 902 miles without a single puncture nor accident, and only 2 afternoons of rain.  A positively balmy October experience.  I cycled on average 75 miles a day and took 12 days away from my clients and classes.  The journey took me along the banks of Lochs Ness and Lomond, the stunning Cumbrian countryside, some jolly cities (Lancaster, Shrewsbury), down the Wye Valley and then along the hilly Devon and Cornwall roads.  Arrived into a gorgeously sunny Lands End @ 11am on Saturday 16th October 2010.

I have been raising money for Ataxia UK and so far have approximately £1,300.  More details at http://www.justgiving.com/AmberBryan
